This is a purpose built on the top floor of a 2 flat building. It is at the top of the hill to the East of Exeter. There is off Street parking in the garden at the front. To get to the center of the City is an easy 20 minute walk down a gentle slope. The flat has been refurbished this year with a newly fitted shower room tiled from floor to ceiling with toilet and vanity unit. There is also a newlly fitted separate toilet with wash basin.
The bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The lounge has a sofa bed which is comfortable to sit on and to sleep on. There is a 42' TV and a dining table with 4 chairs. We also have a folding child's bed should you need it. Excellent, clean, fully equiped, spaceous flat with lovely view. Stayed for eight days visiting St Lukes Campus, Univ of Exeter as visiting researcher. Convenient and within few minutes walking distanse to both the city centre and the university. Would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

We rented the flat for 8 weeks to discover Exeter and Devon. The flat was perfect for us and even more spacious as expected, which was a real surprise. We spent just over a week at this apartment in Exeter and were more than satisfied. The photos don't do it justice! It was clean, spacious and had a nice new bathroom.
