Beautifully appointed and stylishly decorated ground floor apartment perched at the top of Porthmeor Hill with sea glimpses. Within walking distance of the beaches, Tate Gallery, shops and restaurants. The apartment provides every comfort which includes quality bedding and linen and a small wooden hanging rail in the bedroom.The apartment is heated by underfloor heating in the bathroom and a Smeg electric fire in the open plan living/dining area and modern electric heaters.The kitchen is fully equipped to include Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. The property has patio doors leading out into the communal gardens, from where sea glimpses can be enjoyed. On road parking. A single sized garage is available on request.

A super place for the two of us. Stylishly furnished with a large comfortable bed. A quieter spot in St Ives, but still only a few minutes walk into town and the beaches. The use of a garage a bonus. Thanks Anna for the welcome goodies, much appreciated. Hope to return.

Bright and airy living area with well appointed kitchen. TV a bit small for the size of lounge area . Very comfortable bed . Would agree with others about lack of hanging and storage space for clothes. Good that there is parking or garage for a car . Walk to town not a problem for the fit and able and...

One bedroom updated, well decorated apartment in plain older building. Living area bright. Kitchen well equipped. Bedroom has limited open clothes hanging space. Bed comfortable. Location quiet and St Ives town about a 20 minute walk. 5 minute walk to cliff trail. Street parking difficult so reserve garage for stay.

About the neighbourhood
Porthmeor is home to one of Cornwalls best surf beaches and the infamous Tate Gallery. Over the years it has also become popular for the Porthmeor Beach Cafe experience, where you can relax in your own outdoor private booth with complimentary rugs and heaters to ward off the evening chill, and sample some of the finest food whilst listening to the surf and watching the sun set over the coastline. Accessed from that very same beach is the coastal footpath leading to some of the most stunning scenery (as seen in Poldark) where there is common sightings of seals and the occasional dolphin or the Hayle estuary where rare birdlife, flora and fauna can be discovered.
