A gorgeous property with views of the historic harbour and fishing port, town centre, the Tate and St Ives Bay, the apartment has large bay windows directly overlooking the harbour. You'll see the fishermen land their catch at Smeaton's Pier and the St Ives lifeboat launch from the slipway just across the wharf.

Amazing property right on the harbour front with a superb balcony to watch the world go by from. Amazing views from the main en-suite bedroom, lounge/dining room. This is a spotless apartment in a perfect location, just a few yards from St Ives bustling town with its huge selection of restaurants & art galleries. The apartment has 'mood' lighting and is very well equipped, absolutely no negatives about this property, there was milk, tea/coffee scones, biscuits and a complementary bottle of wine on arrival, highly recommended for location/facilities and best of all the views, it even comes with a parking space!
