From the kitchen to the sitting area. Oak floor, huge comfy sofas, sunny, warm.

The TV mezzanine.  Satellite and a selection of dvds.
The balcony.  Small but gets lots of sun.
Music, cookery books, novels, games.

Family bathroom. Oversize bath, walk in shower, lots of space, generous storage.
The west bedroom.  Super-light, double aspect.
The middle mezzanine bedroom.  Stairs to sleeping area, sofa, TV, generous storage.
Wet room with huge shower area, big sink and a drained niche to hang swimming gear.
Games room: up to the TV area.  Lots of pure space.
From the entry lobby, games room ahead full of sun and wet room on the right.
Chapel Street, a few yards away.  Quirky shops, bars, the Egyptian House.

This apartment made our family vacation to Cornwall ! The big bright open spaces in the penthouse with stunning views of the sea and harbour made it the perfect place to get away. The apartment itself is well kitted out with amenities and well maintained....More

We had a terrific stay in this property. The open plan kitchen/dinning/sitting room has enormous windows with views of Penzance rooftops and out to sea. Morning coffee can be consumed whilst taking in the sensational views and insight gathered as to what the weather is...More

This apartment is just huge, with wonderful views across Penzance harbour. Kitchen very well equipped, bathrooms modern and spacious. Everything spotless. There's even room for a pool and table tennis table - such a bonus with kids - the TV didn't get turned on once...More
