This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Townhouse which sleeps 2- 7 .Gorgeous setting with stunning sea-views from the balcony and lounge.
There is reverse accommodation to take advantage of the sensational view the spacious lounge/diner has to offer on the upper floor from which there is access to the balcony. There is a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with one bedroom and family bathroom upstairs.
Downstairs there are 2 further bedrooms , a family sized bathroom with shower , utility and a private enclosed patio to sit out in the evenings. There is an integral car port and a surf /bike store .
NON SMOKING.

I cannot rate this gorgeous apartment high enough. Everything you can possibly need is supplied. It is clean and well maintained. The beds are really comfortable as are the two sofas. A wonderful base for a wonderful holiday. Will definitely be back.

About the neighbourhood
Frederick Mews is a new development and consists of 8 townhouses on a little private road and is set back from the noise and hustle and bustle of the town yet is within a 5 minute walk from the town centre. It is very close to shops and restaurants with Sainsbury's and the cinema at the bottom of the road. The nearest beach is a 10minute walk and so it is an ideal location to enjoy all that Newquay has to offer.
