lovely view of the Gannel Estuary from the double bedroom. nice decked area leading off the large through lounge with patio doors. Private driveway. Three good sized bedrooms. Leave the car on the drive for the entire holiday as you can walk into Newquay town centre in ten - fifteen minutes. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer.

This property is located between Fistral Beach & The Gannel Estuary. Both fantastic for walks with kids and/or dogs. House is clean tidy & as all the essential items for a hassle free stay.

About the neighbourhood
Fistral Beach Walk is perfectly located. Only a five minute stroll to the fabulous Fistral beach and about ten minutes walk into the vibrant town centre. From the rear garden there are glimpses of the Ganell estuary. During the high season parking at Fistral beach can be difficult, which makes Fistral Beach Walk perfect. Less than five minutes walk and you are there. A good modern house, good off road private parking, good sized private and gated rear garden and a great location.

The train station is 5-10 minutes walk to the Coach/Bus station on Manor Road. Alternatively, take a taxi from the rank opposite the train station. The trip should take no more than ten minutes. There is a regular bus service from Manor Road to Pentire Avenue and the bus stops are minutes from the apartment. The directions by road from Bristol are as follows:
