No need for a car to get to the beach as it is one minute walk away!!

The Penthouse provides stylish, luxurious accommodation for up to six people in the quiet Pentire area of Newquay. With spectacular beach and ocean views to the world famous Fistral Beach and all the way to Trevose Lighthouse. There are stunning coastal and countryside walks directly from the penthouse.

You can leave the car behind and take the 2 minute easy walk to the beach. The town itself is abut a ten minute walk away.

Bookings are accepted Sunday to Sunday.

Interaction with guests
Once the balance of the account has been received we will be able to communicate via email or mobile phone. I will then be able to send you a `Guest Pack` containing useful information about your stay that you can read through it prior to your holiday, saving time and meaning more time at the beach !
Keys will be inside a Key Box outside the apartment block and you will be given the code to access this box prior to your arrival.
Although I won`t be personally there to greet you upon arrival, you will be able to contact me should you need any assistance during your stay.

Penthouse 49 is incredible it's beautifully furnished with very comfy beds and plenty of space for a family to stay in, it really is luxury accommodation and we can't recommend it enough, it really made our holiday extra special. This fabulous apartment certainly went a long way to ensure that our stay in Newquay was the best ever. The views were breath-taking and the fact that you could even lie in bed and watch the ocean was amazing. The glazing was so good, we couldn't even hear the seagulls!! About the neighbourhood
Pentire is a quiet residential area to the south west of Newquay, within walking distance of the town centre and local beaches. It has a small grocery shop that also sells daily newspapers. The Fernpit Café serves wonderful fresh crab sandwiches and has a lovely view over the estruary.
To the north of Pentire is the famous Fistral Beach, and to the south is the Gannel Estruary and Crantock Beach.
Getting around
A car is the best way to get around the area and see all the major attractions and sights. However, Newquay itself is very compact and most beaches, shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Travelling towards the headland along Pentire Avenue, you will find the apartment block on your right.
Turn right into the side road just after the last block of Ocean apartments, then turn immediately right and you will see the security gated access
You need to display the parking permit in your car when parked in Ocean 1 parking lot to avoid a parking ticket
