We have just returned from a week staying at the Lindhay and will definitely be returning! It was a great spot for exploring the local area - we especially loved Looe for rock pooling on hannafore beach, crabbing and a boat trip to the island...More

About the neighbourhood
Lanreath is a small village with a local shop run by volunteers, a beautiful chruch dating back to Norman times, a great community spirit which manifests itself with May day dancing round the Maypole, a music evening on the green, and several other events throughout the year. Lerryn is also a small village nestled in the valley with lovely riverside walks, stepping stones, a shop with cream teas served on the green, and a local Cornish pub!
Tradional plays a big part in Cornwall and for years people have been clebrating St Pirans Day (a Cornish Saint), local crafts and language, and of course eating the great Cornish Pasty and Cornish Clotted Cream Teas!
