Boscawn is a detached bungalow with extensive gardens in a superb cliff top position at the end of a cul de sac. The views to the sea and surrounding coastline are truly stunning. The attractive beach at Plaidy is just a two minute stroll away and the main Looe beach and town are about fifteen minute walk. A great feature of Boscawn is the attractive garden laid mainly to lawn and which, together with the patio area provides a super opportunity to enjoy the lovely views. There is also a splendid decking area to soak up the sun and gaze out to sea. You can see the distant Rame Head to the east and Looe Island to the west, on a clear day you can see the Eddystone Lighthouse. Boscawn is in a quiet residential area but convenient for local shops, restaurants etc and of course, the busy port of Looe is only a mile distant. The whole place is perfect everything you could need is provided warm and cozy and the view is stunning with birds rabbits and butterflies in the garden this bungalow is a great place to stay.

About the neighbourhood
The town of Looe with harbour, beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants is only a mile away with the picturesque old port of Polperro about 8 miles distant. Swimming, sea, river & lake fishing, boating, water sports, riding, golf, tennis, bowls, coastal walks, etc., are all readily available. Two local beaches can be reached on foot in five minutes. The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are about a 35 minute drive away as is the city of Plymouth. For the more adventurous, Adrenalin Quarry is just a 15 minute drive away and there are great cycle trails at both Cardinham Woods and Lanhydrock (bike hire available at each). The North Coast beaches are an hour in the car so easy to explore both coasts of Cornwall from here.
