Superb location for staying in Falmouth overlooking the estuary. We found the car space very tight & if another car had been in the next bay we wouldn't of been able to get out the car. A bit disappointed having to clean the bathroom sink...More

The owners have provided everything possible in the flat, kitchen very well equipped and reasonable broadband for example. Also very full information provided. However we hadn't realised that facing north would be a real disadvantage (In common with everything in Falmouth river/harbourside of course). So...More

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is in a secluded, quiet private estate with great views but is also only 300 yards from Falmouth Town centre. Perfect for popping out to collect fresh bread and newspapers in the morning, shopping during the day or wandering down to the restaurants in the evenings.
Getting around
The apartment is very centrally located. You can park your car in our dedicated, secure, underground parking space and spend as much or as little time driving as you wish. When we visit Falmouth we very rarely use our car

We are very close to the centre of Falmouth and a number of guests stay without cars - arriving by train and walking / using the plentiful local transport services.

We tend to drive to Falmouth - on site parking is included. Detailed directions and other useful information will be supplied on receipt of final payment.

Accessible by train - take the fast train to Truro then connect to Falmouth Town station.
