This place is incredible! One of the most unique homes I've ever been in and i mean that in the best way possible. Anyone would love this place and it is priced VERY well! My friends and I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

About the neighbourhood
The central location of the home means that you don't need to rely on your car while you're in town. Our favorite things about this home's location is that it's just around the corner from Starbucks and two blocks away from two grocer stores, a great book store, etc. Not to mention that it's such an easy walk into the heart of Parksville, down to the beach and the Englishman River Estuary, or to the Community Park and all that Parksville's expansive beach has to offer. Walk to Parksville's Summer Night Market, the Sandcastle Competition and so much more!

The property itself is almost a 1/2 acre, with a large back yard that features many fruit trees, raspberries and blackberries in the summer.
