Townhouse
My place is a modern townhouse that has 4 rooms. It is located in Central Kitchener and close to major highways, malls, transit, Universities and Colleges and all other amenities. Downtown is a walking distance. Rooms are rented individually just like a hotel through various booking sites. It is a private room and you will have the key to your room. The Washroom is shared with the adjoining room. Kitchen and Living room are shared as well. The kitchen has everything that you would expect in your home. Living room features a sofa, tub chairs and a TV with Netflix. The house has AC during summers and heat during winter months. It has a water softener for the whole house. Great location, great room and amenities

Stayed here for July, and then extended through to October. The pictures are exact. Jay is very quick with communication and the place is great for students, business travellers, or anyone that's visiting the area. Highly recommended.

Getting around
My place is close to bus stops and transit. Grand River Transit operates within Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge. Access to university both WU and WLU is easy only 6 kms from my place. United Taxi and Uber also operate in the city.
