Station House is a converted railway station in the heart of North Yorkshire's most beautiful countryside.
Its spacious, open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room provides the main living space and is light and airy with lovely, rural views from every window.
In summer, you can throw open the French doors and the house extends into the garden. In winter, a Yeoman's stove fireplace makes the room warm and cosy within minutes and provides a perfect focal point for family days in.
In the kitchen area, you'll find a Rangemaster range, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and all the equipment you need for a home from home vacation.
In a nod to its industrial past, the floors are made from reclaimed wooden boards with restored cast iron radiators providing the warmth.

A lovely conversion the house is spacious and In a lovely area of Yorkshire. We really enjoyed the stay and some of the recommendations including the cycle to hovingham and dinner at the fair fax.
