This was a great summer rental. Our children did not want to leave. Owners made sure to include extras like quality furniture, bedding, TV's with cable, etc. 3 bedrooms on main floor and large bunk room on lower level for older kids/adults. Main suite and bunk room are en suite, always a plus. Lots of space for our family of 7 adults and 1 infant. Appliances were modern, clean and included double oven and gas range. Full size fridge with ice maker as well. Kitchen is fully stocked. All the place mats, cookware, serving and food storage dishes you should need in coordinating colors and good condition. Appreciate use of garage and electronic lock rather than a key for door. Was 10 minutes walk to shops and casinos and also 10 minutes walk opposite direction to the beach. Property management company was one of the best we have worked with. Would definitely consider this rental again for a future visit.

We had a fun-filled stay in South Lake Tahoe while...
We had a fun-filled stay in South Lake Tahoe while staying at this great property. It is very centally located and we were able to walk many places in town, which was lovely. The weather was great (minus the high pollen!). The house was very suitable and comfortable for our family/friends of 10. Would have been nice to have a larger sitting area, as not all 10 of us could sit in the living /TV room together when we wanted to relax. The house and town are very dog friendly, which was a wet as we brought our small hypoallergenic dog. We all enjoyed the outdoors and had daily adventures which made for a great Summer vacation.

Perfect for what we wanted. Short walk to Heavenly Gondola and several restaurants and casinos but also great Kitchen and TV for the nights we stayed in to cook and watch the games.

We arrived to a clean and welcoming home. The kitchen/dinning/living were perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped, one thing I would like would have been a TV in the second bedroom on the main floor.

This was my first time staying in a condo (rather than a separate house) and I was pleasantly surprised! It was really quite quiet, surrounded by trees and in a cute neighborhood, and the house felt more spacious and high-quality than many I've stayed in. The beds were VERY comfy - including the luxury bunks downstairs - and everything was relaxed and cozy. My crew and I stay in Tahoe once a year to work on production and performance at an event in one of the big Casinos, and it was SO nice to have our house just a pleasant stroll away this time (rather than having to drive.) We were very happy with our stay, and loved that it cost less than one of the big houses further away. We will be back!
