Shower a bit small, no air conditioning, knob on screen door a bit hard to turn from the inside because of the door frame, overhead light/fan combination and wall switches a bit confusing. But loved the location -- easy walk to restaurants, beach views, bike rentals. Worked out very nicely for a several day getaway. Will definitely consider staying here again.

It was absolutely disgusting.
How could housekeeping overlook it? Have they contacted management to have it cleaned?
I would appreciate a refund of a minimal amount for the sanitation issue.

The location was great, the basic amenities you need are there.
Communications come from several different companies and phone numbers throughout my stay, questions aren’t responded to. I booked this trip fat in advance and couldn’t predict that it would land during a large storm.
There was no response when we asked if it was OK to park when our car was completely snowed in after checkout time. There was no response when we asked if there would be a plow. We ended up finding our own plow and paying for it ourselves. Almost a full day later, the property management company called me from a new phone number and asked me to be available at the property to move my car for a plow, but couldn’t tell me when (that evening, the next morning etc) the plow come, or who the plow company was.
If your stay doesn’t have any hiccups and you’re looking for a place to sleep / shower and ok with being snowed in with little information, this is a great property. If you have any questions or problems, the property management company was able pretty unhelpful.

Had trouble with checking in but management was great. Property was as described, simple and close to gondola. Note there is no oil/spices in kitchen but cookware is available.

Its a pretty nice and cozy studio apartment for 1-2 days stays. It has all the necessary amenities and perfect for a short stay. You are really paying for the location as its close to Heavenly Village, Casinos, Lakeside beach etc.

Location is ideal, less than a 10 minute walk to the Heavenly Gondola. The property was clean and check-in was very easy. My only complaint was the musty smell, you notice it as soon as you walk in. I had to get an air freshener after the first night.

The exterior, all things considered felt more like a bad neighborhood feel to it, or a sleazy hotel. The loud talking of an adjacent unit at night, and that same party loudly loading their vehicle at 630 a.m. was a little bothersome. The worst of it was the noisy refrigerator that would not allow for a good nights sleep. So much much, that even though we paid in full for a three nights stay, we only stayed two, then paid another 180.00 bucks for a hotel stay in Reno before our return trip home. Tahoe is one of our most favorite spots to be, this really took from our experience more than we wanted.
