The property was great for our group of 8 meeting up in Tahoe. The place was clean, and as advertised. We felt the photos didn’t do the place justice as it looks even better in person. The back yard has a very sizeable lot with a playground. Lots of room for dogs and kids to run! Overall we loved this property and it suited us perfectly.
I would not recommend Vacasa, the property management company. They use their own messaging platform (I chose not to use this as we booked through Vrbo). When messaging, it was obvious a different person responded each time due to conflicting responses, and me needing to provide information and questions I’d already shared before. Delayed responses early on, but they
The pricing in the booking said by selecting “yes” to pets that 1 pet fee was included in the price of the booking and we’d need to pay additional ones separately.

Kitchen was large and well stocked, so was the dining table. However, the washing machine didn't drain.
Cleanliness was very average. There was trash on the top bunk bed.

The house was clean and comfortable. Huge and great backyard. Smart TV's in each bedrooma and living room and really easy to use. It is fully fenced for dogs however a couple of places are not very secure, we did not have any problems with our dogs, however a dog could easily get thru if they wanted to escape. Over all we had a lovely time and I would recomend the house.

This house was perfect for us. Close to snow activities and the right size for our family. We did notice a slow drain in the bathtub upstairs, but outside of that, all of our needs were met. Would recommend and we might come back to this house in the future.

Great home with everything you need. The house was very clean. The Large backyard was fenced in and perfect for the dogs. Only 10 minutes from heavenly village. Highly recommend.

The pictures posted seem to be outdated. For instance, there was no electric fire pit. The backyard furniture were not sturdy and rusty. We had 2 toddlers and was looking forward to the play structure but I couldn’t trust it as it seemed very outdated and dangerous besides the swings.
The house was a bit dusty and the 1st floor bath tub was lopsided on one side, where you have to stand a certain way so you don’t fall. The bunk beds seemed very dated, you can see the rips of top bunk when lying down on bottom bunk. Living room TV was super slow and wifi was horrible
Positive: there were a lot of board games and children’s toys, which our toddlers enjoyed. Even though the toys were very old.
