This is our fifth year back! Always easy to work with the property management. Only downfall is the lack of A/C during the warmer July days - seemed to be warmer this year than in previous years. Otherwise, perfect location! And management responded to beach clean up we had requested very quickly!

All around excellent vacation! From the condo, location of condo, and RnR vacation company! Fourth yr spending 4th of July in tahoe and think we have found our spot, Lakeland Village.

This was our 3rd time in this unit. We love the location of the unit and the view of the lake. We sit on the deck every morning and evening with our coffee. Our granddaughters love it . This time though, the mattress in the upper loft is completely collapsed and no good , my granddaughter rolled out of the bed and could not sleep there. Decor could use an update. Still love being there. There was a problem with a water main break and had dirty water for a little while.

Working with RnR was easy & quick with great response. 610 was great location right on beach & got the perfect sunset photos! Well stocked with amenities & super clean. Love the book with recommendations - used many & agree with reviews! Great location to everything around the area.

We came to be on the beach and the view and boy did we get both ❣️ The description was only inaccurate regarding the garage (there is none!) and where the garbage cans were. REALLY were counting on having a garage so we didn't have to drag out suitcases, etc., so far. EVERYTHING else was a dream come true. SUPER quiet, too. Planning on returning next year. Can't wait!

The property is clean, comfortable, and well tended! The lake view and access to the beach don’t get any better. The property management people were very proactive and responded quickly to a few questions. I’d very definitely stay in this property again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay! 4 adults and a baby. Beach access was wonderful. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants, and being close to Whole Foods and Safeway was great!
