Fully refurbished cottage in the heart of Village of Kilkhampton, with internet access, lounge with a wood burner, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom with over bath shower and heated towel rail, 3 bedrooms( 1 king size , a twin bedded and room with a double and a single above in a bunk bed style) , separate WC, central heating throughout the property for those chilly winter months. We have an outside dining area with BBQ and garden area, all electricity costs included no meter to feed! This property enjoys off road parking behind the cottage. The village offers 2 village stores, a co op food store, post office, various food establishments, a butchers, 2 pubs and other small shops. 2 miles from the beautiful beach of Sandymouth. Ideal location to explore North Devon, Dartmoor and Cornwall

Comfortable and very clean house, plenty of space, easy parking, equipped with everything you need away from home. Easy reach of pretty beaches and other attractions. Only a short walk from house are shops, pubs and takeaway food places. Look forwards to coming back and...More
