The cottage sits on the edge of Sutton upon Derwent, a historic village, where the facilities of a post office, tennis courts and a public house (Vincent arms) renowned for its exceptional food can be found there. Pocklington canal is just half a mile with walks alongside it. Elvington village is just 1.5 miles from the cottage and joins Sutton Upon Derwent by a historic grade II listed bridge.

Everything was just fantastic the lovely walks down the lane in the woods the lovely pigs and chicken and ducks next door and all the wildlife

Lovely 2 bed cottage with big garden. Rural location, lovely and peaceful. Pigs and chickens next door add to the country feel.

The cottage is in a very quiet rural location, there is a neighbouring attached house with a friendly family that own a couple of amusing pigs and assorted other animals. The rest of the immediate area is farmed fields and it's about 10 minutes drive...More
