Newly built property completed July 2012 Wheelchair ramped access to the property, the accommodation consists of ground floor hall with access to bathroom, dining area / fully fitted kitchen with integrated fridge & freezer, washing machine & diswasher, granite work tops. Seating area with TV, views through the bifold doors over the large deck to the garden and river.
Ground floor double bedroom with 2 Single Beds, TV, ensuite access to spacious walk in shower with toilet & wash basin. First floor spacious lounge vaulted ceiling, with access to the balcony with views to the River Bure. bed settee, TV with DVD, additional settee.
Fully equiped with all bed linen, just bring personal towels.

Would definitely stay there again, only two of us but plenty of room for two couples. 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living room areas, kitchen well equipped , four televisions and the worlds smallest ironing board !
