Living areas are open plan with a lounge, dining room and kitchen downstairs plus a separate TV lounge area upstairs. Three bedrooms are upstairs, one bedroom downstairs. All bedrooms open to either a deck or a verandah and have ocean views. All rooms are ensuite - 4 bathrooms offer a shower, vanity basin and toilet with two bathrooms also offering oval bath tubs. There is a separate guest toilet and basin downstairs . Splash pool (unheated with pool net) Small enclosed garden BBQ, Electronic Safe. Parking available on site - the home has a double lock up garage and an open carbay . A 4 Seater Golf cart is an optional extra for hire at ZAR 300.00 per day . This is the perfect way to get around to all the interesting areas on the estate . Pls advise at time of booking should you want to hire the golf cart A cleaning service is included 3 times a week .
