We had a great time, and the chapel was a real gem. We had some lovely weather just right for walking and cycling . Wing was a lovely place and we enjoyed walking round, and calling for a few drinks at the local.

About the neighbourhood
Beautiful rural historic part of the English countryside. Traditionally a 'playground' for visiting royalty this ensured the preservation of the rural character of the smallest county. More recently predominantly farming , with lovely countryside perfect for walks, cycle rides and getting close to nature. R.Water is internationally famous for it's birdlife and the two beautiful nature reserves on it's shores.Ospreys are now well established here and return to the Water each year, but the number of species of birdlife now at R. Water is immense. Despite an increase in visitor numbers recently Rutland retains an Olde World charm and laid back character. Much in Little is the County motto and there is too much enjoy and explore.
