As we live in the upper part of the property, we are normally available to advise guests and resolve any problems should they arise. The accommodation is available from 4pm on the day of arrival, or earlier by arrangement. Guests should vacate the property by 11am on the day of departure.

Originally a Victorian ferry port, it is now a bustling small town with a thriving community, boasting all the facilities you need, including shops, cafes, pubs and even award-winning restaurants and ‘chippie’.
However, if it’s culture and city life you want, Dundee is only minutes over the bridge and St. Andrews just 15 minutes drive away.
