Bratton Clovelly, Devon, England
Great Burrow Cottage (Sunday Times '50 Coolest Cottages in Britain and Ireland') is a detached former Linhay found in the heart of undulating West Devon countryside, in the grounds of Grade II listed Great Burrow Farmhouse. It has stunning uninterrupted views of Dartmoor. French doors lead to a private patio and large tranquil gardens with wildlife ponds, free-range chickens, a beautiful cob and stone barn, ancient oak trees and sweeping views of Dartmoor's wild northern tors. The breathtaking North Cornwall coast is only 30mins away ( surfing, Bude sea-pool, miles of sandy beaches). A heat exchange system provides constant hot water with underfloor heating that keeps the cottage really cosy and a woodburner too for that added snug feel. The contemporary bathroom has a slate floor and large bath with a deluge shower above. T... Read more

Short breaks are available so please contact us for details. For 3 nights the cost is 70% of the weekly price and for 4 nights the cost is 85% of the weekly price. We also offer late deals.
Dogs are welcome at £30 per week and we ask they are kept on leads in the grounds.
We have a dog basket but please ask if you would like bedding for them and towels.
A deposit of 30% is required when booking with the balance payable 2 weeks before your holiday (unless last minute booking, in which case the total amount needs to be received when booking).
