About the neighbourhood
Muktuk is located just north of Whitehorse on the Alaska Highway towards Haines Junction (km 1443), 5 km past the North Klondike Highway cut-off. The ranch is surrounded by panoramic views of the mountains in the Ibex Valley, the Laberge Hills and Haeckel Hill. Nestled into an ox-bow on the river, the 100-acre ranch is bordered on three sides by the river. This location is ideal for mushing in the winter, and for canoeing and swimming in the summer.
