Location is key in Real Estate and Vacation home rentals: Casablanca Cottage is as good as it gets in this regard, ½ block to Queen street, the same to the grocery store and The Royal George Theatre.
The front porch is a summer hit with room for 6 people to sip wine and toast the Horse and buggies as they pass. The private side garden is a summer afternoon heat trap and your outdoor dining room. There is a Moroccan table that seats 6 and a Weber gas BBQ.

Inside the house are three bedrooms, two with Queen beds, one with two single beds. The beds will all be made for you when you arrive, with warm duvets in winter, and lighter duvets in summer. Each bedroom comes with two thick bath towels, hand towels are in the washrooms. The house also has three washrooms, two with showers and a ½ bath on the main floor.

Casablanca Cottage has all you need for a great NOTL experience. Close enough to everything via walk or bike, and we chose the bike. The amenities inside and outside the house all make for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

We, a group of four ladies, spent a very enjoyable week at the Casablanca cottage. The cottage was bright and very clean with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect to walk to the shops and around Niagara on the lake. We would certainly stay there again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casablanca Cottage during the week of February 22 in Niagra-on-the Lake, Canada. Casablanca Cottage is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. I will be accepting full week rentals only for July and August until April 30, after which I will accept 3 day rentals. September and October three night minimum stay. All long weekends and Christmas/New years season 3 night minimum stay, rest of year 2 night minimum.

About the neighbourhood
Casablanca Cottage is less than a block from Queen. The Royal George theatre is about a block away as is the grocery store. This house is the youngest on the corner, being built in about 1920. The other three houses were all built shortly after the town was burnt in 1813. One of them at least was built on the old foundations and has timbers in the basement showing signs of fire. This is a lovely street corner, very close to downtown but out of the congestion of Queen Street.
