Our self contained Coach House is fully licensed (#19-161084) and can sleep up to 7 adults plus a small child. It is located in the lane of a heritage property in Kitsilano with its own private patio and adjacent parking spot. We are located in a quiet residential area with multi million dollar homes yet only steps away from great shopping and dining options as well as direct transit links to downtown and UBC. We are within easy walking distance (1 km) to Vancouver's favourite beaches. Families with children are warmly welcomed and we have baby equipment, toys and a family friendly garden with a fully enclosed trampoline. We have a partner unit on the adjacent property which can accommodate 6 adults plus 1chilf. Please inquire if you are looking to accommodate a larger group. About the neighbourhood
Avalon Coach House is located on a quiet tree-lined street in the heart of Vancouver's premier neighbourhood of Kitsilano (just minutes from Downtown). While on a quiet residential street, we are just steps away from vibrant west Broadway with its many shops and restaurants and direct public transit to the city centre as well as a short stroll to many parks and vancouver's finest beaches. The neighbourhood is very family friendly and offers many activites for children and adults alike.
Getting around
We have everything you need within 2 blocks of the home and are within walking distance to beaches and parks. The downtown core as well as UBC is about 10 minutes by car and our property is easily accessed by the #9, #99, #2, #22, $14 bus lines.
