City Park is only 10 min walk away or 5 mins to Tugboat Beach and the Grande Casino.

Living room is cozy after a long day at the beach or a wine tasting tour; you can watch your favourite shows on the 40' TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge & bottom freezer, oven/ stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and dishes.

The main floor has a half bath and laundry facilites. Off the kitchen is the laundry room, and a hallway that leads you to the main floor bedroom (queen bed) and back door. The back door gives you access to the outdoor patio dining set, grass area with New cedar privacy fence and BBQ.

740 Cawston Great location walking distance to downtown Kelowna, beaches shopping and Restaurants , Pubs, grocery store, it has it all! fenced yard and very clean and spacious , lots of room for a family . We were pleased to stay here much better than a hotel . Great Owners .

We are disappointed of this place. Not worth the money i paid. rooms and service are not nice as we expected. I will not recommend to others if this place remain the same. Only location is convenient.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I'm not sure what could be changed with regards to service, as renting a private house is not the same as renting a hotel room. Yes, the house is older but it is super close to the downtown beaches. The house was clean and has fresh linen, new paint, renovated bathroom and fully equipped...

Very poor. Nothing was as expected.waste of time n money.never booking this place again.everything was a major disappointment. wouldn't call it a rental.the place is not suitable for a family facilities are hopeless.1 and half bath for 4 bed rooms come on man.

I'm sorry you feel that way; all descriptions of the house are accurate. You knew going into the rental that there were only 1.5 baths. The house was clean and in a nice, friendly neighbourhood only 5 mins from the beach.
