City Park is only 10 min walk away or 5 mins to Tugboat Beach and the Grande Casino.

Living room is cozy after a long day at the beach or a wine tasting tour; you can watch your favourite shows on the 40' TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge & bottom freezer, oven/ stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and dishes.

The main floor has a half bath and laundry facilites. Off the kitchen is the laundry room, and a hallway that leads you to the main floor bedroom (queen bed) and back door. The back door gives you access to the outdoor patio dining set, grass area with New cedar privacy fence and BBQ.

Upstairs hosts a Newly Renovated Full bathroom and 3 bedrooms.

Myself or my property manager will meet you at check in/ out time to hand over the keys. Washing Machine Please fill only to the top of the water drum holes. Use almost a full scoop of soap; sprinkled over clothes. All linen is provided except for beach towels. Please bring your own towels. Please hang beach towels outside on the line to dry; shake hard to remove all sand and then wash. NO bedding or towels from Cawston are allowed at the beach please The dishwasher door does not lay flat; please move the bottom tray slowly back and forth to prevent the wheels from coming off. Please keep the back/ front gates closed at all times. Please park on the street.

We are disappointed of this place. Not worth the money i paid. rooms and service are not nice as we expected. I will not recommend to others if this place remain the same. Only location is convenient.More

I'm sorry you feel that way. I'm not sure what could be changed with regards to service, as renting a private house is not the same as renting a hotel room. Yes, the house is older but it is super close to the downtown beaches....More
