About the neighbourhood
This unit is easily accessible to the Anthony Henday, Calgary Trail-Gateway Boulevard, Century Park Transit Centre.

Not only is there many buses from the condo taking short trips to Century Park LRT station, you can easily walk there for a few blocks. It sure beats struggling to get a spot at Century Park LRT's Park & Ride where there are literally thousands on the waiting list. Take pubic transit non-stop to Leduc and the Edmonton International Airport to and from there. At the airport, there is free shuttle service to the Premium Outlet Collection.

North of the condo is the Snow Valley Ski Club. Ski there in winter. In summer it becomes the Snow Valley Aerial Park.

Nearby there are hiking trails in Blackmud Creek.

Go to West Edmonton Mall by
car - arrive in less than 14 minutes
bus - take route 23 at the street corner and get there in 33 minutes

Go to Edmonton International Airport or Premium Outlet Mall by
bus - take route 36 or 40 to Century Park LRT and then route 747 and get there in 33 minutes.

Go to University of Alberta Hospital by
bus - take route 35, 23 or 36 to Century Park LRT and get there in less than 20 minutes.

Travel by rental car, taxi or bus is feasible from the airport. Taking the Edmonton Transit 747 route can take you direct to the Century Park LRT station. A short bus transfer or walk will get you to the condo.

To get to the condo, you can head north on 111 Street from Anthony Henday to 23 Avenue or west on 23 Avenue from Gateway Boulevard. Turn right on Saddleback Road and the complex is the first left.

To get to the condo from the north, take 119 Street heading south from Whitemud Freeway and turn left on 23 Avenue to Saddleback Road. Turn right on Saddleback Road and the complex is the first left.
