We arrived to Casa Dharma greater by the cute dogs "guarding" the property. They were very friendly and led us to the house about a dozen steps up a garden path. The property is very nice, nestled on top of a hill and covered with greenery.
The owner, Patricia, had left us a nice fruit basket, which was much appreciated after a long day of driving and visiting beautiful San Miguel.
The house is a bit off the beaten path, but once you get your bearings, it's actually very easy to walk to all the action in the main town centre. We were 6, including two kids (6 and 8) one in her sixties and my father (in his seventies) and the walk was not much of an issue.
The house has two rooms and a living room with a large couch. There is a rooftop terrace with great views.
The house could be kept cleaner though. The maid service clearly didn't do thorough cleaning of the floors and the extra bed linens smelled musty.
