Lovely house with breath taking views, excellent local amenities and close by shore angling hotspots. Friendly owner and locals, I would strongly recommend at stay at Twomey Lodge, the Beara Peninsula is well worth a visit!

Very well equipped and comfortable house with stunning views. Pleasant 25 minute walk into the lovely village of Allihies. Great spot for touring the Beara Peninsula.

Ballydonegan Beach in one of the many beautiful locations to explore. Allihies has a mine museum and the Beara Way walk passes through the village. Allihies Riding Centre is based near the village and in the summer takes out treks.Dzogchen Beara is a Tibetan Buddist Retreat centre. It sits high on cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with breathtaking views. You can go fishing from the beach or off the rocks. Visit Dursey Island and get the chance to try out Ireland's only cable-car. Castletownbere is 17k and is the leading whitefish port with the finest natural harbour in Ireland.
