Interaction with guests: We are aware of the help we can provide them with our guests, both in the service department, as in turística.Es consulting a quiet neighborhood, we are 5 short to the seawall blocks, we have 2 supermarkets close one of them has cinemas and a small shopping plaza.
Gabriela's efficiency apartment is on a quiet residential street only a half block from the sea, with a super-comfortable bed and everything we needed for a 12 day stay in La Paz. She was very personable and accommodating. Having access to a washer was an extra plus!

Clean efficiancy unit with great location, but don't bring to big of a suit case.
This was a nice, clean little unit within walking distance of down town. But the unit is upstairs and has a small narrow spiral staircase that was almost impossible to get a full size suitcase up. No decks or yard space to enjoy the evenings outside.

El trato de la señora Gabriela es excelente, y sin lugar a dudas es un lugar económico y agradable. Sin embargo hay detalles a mejorar como la comodidad del colchón o la rigidez de las toallas y sábanas.

A real nice and safe place
I believe Gabriela greeted us. She was very helpful to help us find the house. It was very clean and bright and had everything we needed. I will certainly recommend this rental, as I will add it to my website for future renters. The gated area FOT the cars was excellent. And close to the Malecon and business area. Thanks Gabriela!!

Comfortable, secure, reasonable rental
There is much good about this rental. The bed is comfortable. It is very quiet, It is really clean and very well maintained. It is definitely a good price. It is extremely secure. Gabriela is a sweetheart, very concerned with your enjoying your stay. It is close to 3 large supermarkets and a cinema. Many good things to say. On the negative I think you would need a car or would have to plan on healthy walks or buses to get around. It is maybe 2 K to the center of town and 1 K to the malecon, a short drive with a car. Places seem to be quite spread out in La Paz anyway with the good beaches way out of town. It is also not good if you want to do much cooking since there is only a microwave and dishes have to be washed in the bathroom. That said, there are lots of inexpensive places to eat.

Good place to enjoy La Paz
Very good service and treatment.
The apartments are in very good condition, nice clean and comfortable and very affordable. I recommend it.
