Heatherlea is a recently modernised, 4 bedroom stone built house in the beautiful coastal village of Coldingham. Heatherlea is just a few yards from all the local amenities.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room, 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms, a lounge with open fire and double aspect windows overlooking the garden, a shower room and a bathroom.

The enclosed private cottage garden to the rear is south facing and the lawn and paths are surrounded by flower beds, vegetable patch and herb garden. There is also a paved seating area ideal for bbq, relaxing or dining.

Heatherlea has everything for your comfort and relaxation ensuring that you enjoy your holiday to the full.

Coldingham is the ideal location for exploring the beautiful local countryside with easy access to Edinburgh and Northumberland.

We will normally meet guests on arrival at Heatherlea but on the rare occasions we are not available there is a key safe attached to the side of the left hand front door. A code will be supplied prior to your arrival. There is a welcome pack which includes useful and practical information about Heatherlea, links to websites for suggestions of 'what to see and do' during your stay and local bus and train timetables.

Located in the heart of the village this is a very comfortable and homely house. A friendly welcome and some little touches by the owners make a big difference.

The house is very interesting and is equipped for every need. The beautifully tended garden is a real boost. Close to the beach, St Abbs, Eyemouth, Alnwick Castle - all worth a visit.

How to get there
Nearest station:Berwick on Tweed, 12 miles. Exit station and turn right towards A1 north. At the roundabout (Morrison's supermarket) continue onto A1 for Edinburgh. After approx 5 miles turn right off A1onto A1107 signposted Eyemouth and Coldingham. Drive for 4 miles, turn right at New Inn signpost St. Abbs, Heatherlea is 30 yds on left.
Directions travelling from the south: A1 north and then the same directions after roundabout at Morrison's supermarket.
Directions travelling from the north: take A720 Edinburgh bypass to A1south Berwick on Tweed. After 40 miles turn left off A1 onto B6438 signposted Coldingham. Drive for 10 miles arriving in Coldingham village. Turn left at New Inn signposted St. Abbs, Heatherlea 30yds on left.
