The kitchen comes equipped with a professional gas stove, an array of small appliances—including an ice cream maker—granite counter-tops, and mahogany cabinetry. In the kitchen there is also a small office nook and an adjacent open-air covered barbecue room with grill. Further down the entryway brings you to the first two air-conditioned bedrooms; each with TVs and California king-sized beds. These rooms share a bathroom with shower and a separate WC. One room has access to a private garden patio, while French doors in each room lead right out to the pool deck. <b>Upper Level:</b> A staircase from the main level leads to the villa’s third air-conditioned bedroom. This master suite has a four-poster California king-sized bed, TV, arched doors that open onto a private balcony with table and chairs and sunset views. There is a large master bath with double sinks, separate WC, and a private, covered alfresco shower pavilion—beyond the shower pavilion lies an additional private terrace. <b>Please Note:</b> <ul> <li>The villa’s tenant resides in the apartment above the double-garage from time to time.
