The Wintberg Villa is equipped with its own private, 4-car driveway w/ an automatic gate, large 8-ft deep swimming pool, newly renovated tennis court with a basketball rim, pool hut w/ a grill and a large sun deck. The Wintberg Villa is two stories, comprised of 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms and an additional 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment; totaling 4 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. The kitchen, dining room and two bedrooms are equipped with a remote controlled air-conditioner. The villa also has many windows and doors with screens that cool the house.

Kyle & Sydney are available by phone, email and text.
We are available to give directions, resturant suggestions, lists of must see attractions and things to do, etc.
Our guests also receive a local gift upon their arrival to the Wintberg Villa!

We are on hand to assist with everything from Coral World tickets to chartering a boat to booking a golf-day on the island’s first-class course, Mahogany Run, we have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and luxurious holiday vacation.
We are also available to give directions, restaurant suggestions, lists of must see attractions and things to do, etc. You can also reach us by phone, email and/or text!

we stayed there in the summer of 2010 I think it was, the villa had just been re done and my friends living on the island at that time knows the owners we had a glorious 7 night stay at a very very very discounted rate,, the group were the test bunnies so to say, if any leaks etc etc problems arose, I have been and stayed in st Thomas many times, rented many villas this one was spectular

Perfect for groups
Sydney and Kyle were great hosts. They gave us a tour of the villa on our arrival, and useful information such as good restaurants and activities. They were also very responsive to all our questions during our multi-day stay. The villa itself is magnificent; the photos didn't do it justice. My family and I had an amazing vacation.
