This island boasts a tremendous combination of history, culture, nature and leisure activities. This is the true & real Caribbean.
The people are super friendly, it’s safe, it’s beautiful, it’s quiet, it’s unspoiled.
Zenith Nevis is a small boutique business and provide on-going management.
We are not a large faceless commercial organization. Our pricing structure reflects tremendous value from it’s stunning location and is hard to find on a equivalent property on the island.
We came on a visit by boat many years ago and hardly seem to have been away since.
Nevis is the heart and soul of the Caribbean, an exotic tropical volcanic island with an abundance of palm-fringed beaches, warm sparkling sea, English-speaking and life-loving locals, a wealth of land and water based activities, a great choice of delicious international cuisines, and a background soundtrack of soul & reggae.
No wonder we decided to make Nevis our paradise. Let's make it yours as well!
Beautiful house, absolutely wonderful staff! Great place to go to unplug and relax. Infinity pool was very cool and the view from the master bed in the morning was spectacular

Paradise found!
It’s hard to summarize just how incredible this property is- Photos cannot do it justice. Safe to say we had high expectations after seeing and reading the wonderful reviews, and we were still blown away. The island itself and locals are wonderful. Our stay was completely turnkey thanks to our hosts and their associates that help manage the property. From pickup to groceries to taxis... the vacation was stress-free. We felt like we had our own private oasis for the week. No question we will be back!

Perfectly private beach villa
Where do we start?? It is always a bit nerve racking when picking a place to stay on an island where you've never been. But, boy, did we pick thes best place we could have asked for. We were looking for a great location for our honeymoon and couldn't have been happier. From the moment we became interested, the owners, Hedda and Christian, were very responsive and ready to help make our stay as easy as possible. Hedda took care of our travel from the St. Kitts airport via car shuttle to the water taxi over to Nevis. After arrival, we were driven from the port to Chrishi beach to our villa and dropped off with our car and then given a quick tour of the property. The house was extremely well kept with every amenity you could ask for including an espresso maker (that we used everyday). Since it was a later travel, I asked the if it was possible to have some groceries stocked and everything we asked for was waiting and ready! Including some newlywed celebratory champagne! We met Hedda and Christian in person on our first day at the beach club, which is just a short walk down the beach. After exploring during the day, we stopped in for afternoon snacks and drinks. We were unbelievably surprised with the food selection and how delicious it was! For a small island they had everything from meat and cheese to fresh lobster and all in between. And the rose goes well with the perfect ocean views from the open-air seating. We visited the club everyday and LOVED the convenience. A little too convenient, especially with the tasty cocktails. :) My wife and I decided the night before to plan a hike up Mt. Nevis but didn't know who to take us. After talking to Hedda, she explained it was too late to find a guide, but her wonderful husband offered to take us! It was beautiful, challenging, and extremely generous for him to take time out of his day to hike with us. We loved relaxing in our private pool with clear ocean views and enjoying food on our covered patio. We had a phenomenal time and do not think it would have been the same anywhere else on the island. Hedda and Christian were tremendous hosts, who have lived on Nevis for years. With their knowledge of the island, they shared wonderful recommendations and hot spots to visit. They even delivered food to our villa when we were too lazy to walk to the club and found a chef to make us dinner on Friday night. This trip was ideal and unless you don't like privacy, friendly owners, convenience, and beautiful beach front property, you should stay here! I only hope we get to go back sooner than later. Cheers.

Simply perfection!
We had a wonderful stay at Hedda and Christian's house, set on a lovely beach over looking Cades Bay. The house itself is beautifully appointed and it was clear that a lot of thought had been put into its design and decor. They were incredibly attentive hosts and ensured that the most minute of issues (e.g. a broken light bulb) were fixed ASAP. The villa was spotless upon arrival and housekeeping/the pool staff were very attentive and friendly each day.
The villa is situated on a very quiet beach and the only other people we saw each day were either from boats docking for a lunch at Chrishi's or at the beach club itself. We chose to eat lunch at the club most days to make the most of our time at the villa/pool and enjoyed all of our meals there.
We would not hesitate to recommend Zenith Nevis to anyone looking for a secluded beachside getaway (suitable for both couples and families) with activities nearby. We noticed in particular that Nevis was more laid back than St. Kitts, given that there are several large hotels on St Kitts and it is also the preferred stop for large cruise ships.
We also visited the Four Seasons for dinner on a couple of occasions and we were very glad that we had chosen to stay at Zenith Nevis instead. The privacy was unparalleled, as well as the space offered, both within the villa and the kitchen/pool area.
On our final day, Hedda had arranged for the water taxi for us from Oualie Beach to go to the airport on St. Kitts. When we realised that there was an issue with the taxi that we had ourselves arranged to water taxi, Hedda did not hesitate to offer to bring us herself - thank you again for your warm hospitality and we hope to be back soon!

What a beautiful spot
We stayed at this amazing house for a week and we just loved it. The views, the beach, the sunsets, the impeccable house, the property, the island...... Everything was a dream come true.
We will defiantly come back to this paradise.

Relaxing and secluded
Wanted to take a very relaxing vacation with the family, husband and 3 children. This place was just what we needed after my husbands major medical scare earlier in the summer. A beautifully appointed place for us to spend quality time together vs a large busy resort. We saw maybe 3 people pass by on the beach the 5 days we were there. Beautiful sunsets. Hedda and Christian were attentive hosts from the wonderful welcome basket with prosecco, pickup from the boat and arranging tours. Very memorable.

Amazing, relaxing and posh
Amazing property! We spent a full week with out kids and the experience was amazing. Hedda and Christian were extremely accommodating and helpful. The staff took great care of the place, we came home every evening to a clean and organized home. We felt safe. Furniture was very comfortable. Pool is perfect for adults and kids and the best part was the amazing beach/mountain view. Close access to the fun Chrishi Beach Club.

Paradise on earth
We went to Nevis with our 3 kids, and stayed at Zenith for a week. How was it? Well, I write this review a year after our stay - and I still smile. We have been to many nice places in different parts of the world - this place has something special. It's a mix of the luxury you can buy and the luxury you cannot buy.
Enjoy the view from a super modern beach house, over your own pool, onto your own beach and in to the ocean you by now feel that you own too. Do this while you stand in your separate kitchen bungalow, taking out a bottle of champagne from the wine cooler which was pre-filled with quality stuff.
This is a place for charging your batteries, logging off the internet and logging on to your life, wife and family. This is #1 in my personal tripadvisor.
The hosts = fantastic. They make the stay a 7 star holliday. Not in a Burj Al Arab manner, but in a real people way.

Stylish Beach Front
From the booking to departure the owner Hedda was attentive and accommodating and offered this modern villa as advertised. A very laid back vacation on a laid back island. The "backyard" view was great, located slightly elevated only 40 yards from the ocean. The home is as represented by the pictures, modern, clean and decently equipped. This was perhaps the smallest villa we have ever rented, but we found the home perfect by design, with his/her showers and lav. sinks, closet and dressing area, a large living area with all the right media, great sound system, separate kitchen pod and on demand automated screened dining. Automated blinds in the living area add to privacy. The home was well planned out.
The kitchen is basic but very functional. Surprised there was only a Cappuccino Machine and not a coffee maker in the space, but Hedda had a Mr. Coffee machine there the first morning after our mentioning (we Americans need much coffee). I think the villa could also benefit from a gas grill, although a small charcoal grill was provided upon request and served us well. We typically like to enjoy at least a 3rd of our meals at home while away and with the best sunset view on the island, why not!
The location was perfect and within a 2 minute drive to Qualie Beach and the water taxis where Hedda greeted us; about 10 more minutes from the Airport and 15 or so the "downtown"and shopping. There were a few great restaurants between a 3 minute walk (the owners place) and a 3 minute drive including the Yachtsman's Grill and a few more well beyond. There was a little road noise, especially in the morning as the bedroom is nearer to it, but with the A/C running it was not an issue. If you are one to sleep without A/C and with the sliders open it is a consideration.
Beyond the impressive villa, we found the island to be one of our favorites and we have visited nearly all. The Nevis people we engaged were all very proud of their island and put a great value on insuring visitors are treated well. A very friendly, well-educated and warm people.
Venturing out, highlights for us included the Botanical Gardens; the small museum; historic churches and enjoying the many island views along the back roads. Plenty of "free range" monkeys, goats, burros and such along the way...you kind of have to laugh at times but it all adds to the charm of the place.
Definitely would return!

Amazing hide-away in paradise
We arrived in Nevis after exhausting times and
were in urgent need of charging our batteries.
We found that arriving at Nevis and Zenith.
The perfect hide away and place to relax.
A fantastic House with all You need - spectacular view
and location, peace and calm.
In addition it was very practical just to walk
Two minutes to Chrishi Beach for lunch and drinks.
I recommend Zenith with all my heart!

Zenith Nevis is set right on the beach overlooking the Caribbean Sea with it's stunning sunsets every night! You also have a lovely view of St. Kitts.
The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The house has it's own private sanctuary of a garden, so no one can interrupt your private holiday away from all the stress & traffic. The area has a lot of fine dining restaurants, the closest one would be Chrishi Beach Club, where you can either have your room service delivered from or you could indulge in the great atmosphere at this fun place. The restaurant serve lunch and dinner thorough the week. Chrishi Beach Club is a hot spot on the island where people like to spend the day at it's beautiful beach. When you come to Nevis you either rent a car or you count on taxis. The option is yours. The Zenith Nevis Beach House has it's own private parking right outside the house.
