Let me be clear, I am sure that in your stay some of the cleaning feedback could be justified because the day before there were some guest and probably the cleaners didn't do a through job they should have done to get the standards they should in the quick turaround. I have already discussed with the Management to ensure it does not happen again.
Regarding your suspicious about the feedbacks. You are the only guest I had that spend more time looking at the cabinets, looking if the curtains are ironed etc, than enjoying the island and the property, so any doubts about the feedback from other guest is completely un appropriate and insulting. I respect your feedback but because you have an opinion you can't doubt that other people had a completely different experience. I had more that 100 bookings in the property over the years in different forms and this is THE FIRST TIME I receive this kind of feedback. So rather that you doubting if everyone has a different view, I would challenge if it is you who have used a different criteria than the rest to evaluate the property
This is my family vacation place and I rent it when I am not in, but I only go to the property once a year usually, so there are things that I agree in a year need to be renewed (in example the this year I have renewed all beddings, curtains, towels, cutlery, pans, etc,..) so I accept that at times some utensils could have been used by some guest and not left in pristine condition, but that is something you will find in any rental property as you can have everything 100% perfect every time every day, otherwise you would have to pay 3 times the price to keep 100s of items in pristine condition. Once again this is the first time someone has take the time to have such a through review of each item, it must have taken some time.
Regarding the broken glass, unfortunately the glass was broken by the previous guest and there is no way you could resolve the problem in a Caribbean island in 5 hours, when other guest are coming in the next day. I understand it was unfortunate, but once again this things happens at time when you rent the property to people that don't treat the house as it would be theirs.
It would have been nice as well for you to describe some of the very nice features of the property because you cant deny (as many other guest have noticed) that independent of the problems noticed there are a lot of things going for the property.
Nevertheless, I have taken into account a lot of some of the constructive feedback to improve certain things with the property Manager in the island.
