With a work friendly study, kitchen, T.V. room, living room, outdoor terrace and private garden ensures a comfortable stay whether it be relaxing outside or watching the 75inch T.V. For those traveling by car, 2 parking spaces are available in the driveway. The house is fully equipped with the necessities you will need for your stay. All linens, towels, hangers, plates, glassware and silverware are provided. Wifi can be accessed all around the premises, Iron and an Ironing board are available for guests. The master bedroom features an en-suit with a king-sized bed. This can be converted into 2 single beds. On the 3rd floor is a sofa bed which can comfortably sleep one possibly two. Please inquire about extra beds as arrangements could be made. Located a 4-minute walk down Norbury Avenue from the station. 25 minutes away from Gatwick and 20 minutes from London Victoria / Bridge (via train) , making it an ideal spot to situate your stay. Closest underground station is Balham (Northen line) is 2 stops, approximately 6 minutes away. Taxi transport can be arranged upon request. Terms & Conditions - Accommodation is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure. - No more than 8 guests may enter the premises at any one time. - Upon check out, any differentiation in furniture or the property itself other than advertised, will result in “Damage Claim” being enforced. - Guests themselves are responsible for personal belongings and valuables left on the premises and the owner is not responsible for the subsequent loss thereof. - Guests are responsible for their behavior on the premises and the surrounding area and in case of an incident the ‘booker’ shall bare the consequences. - Drugs (Including Noss) are strictly prohibited on the premises. - In exceptional circumstances the owner of the facility has the right to enter the premises, law enforcement will be notified in order to prevent violence, anti-social behavior, drug activity and breach of contract. - In the event of damages to appliances, furniture, equipment or the property itself the ‘booker’ is obliged to compensate the corresponding value. - Upon making a booking the ‘booker’ agrees to the terms & conditions stated above and he alone will be responsible for any guest breaking these T&Cs. In the event of disregard to these rules, the host has the right to refuse further providing of services.More
