Much Dewchurch Holiday Cottages lie 5 miles from the cathedral city of Hereford, with good shops, theatre, cinema, leisure centre, horse racing courses and 9 miles from the market town of Ross-on-Wye in the heart of the Wye Valley. Positioned in the grounds of the main farmhouse in the peaceful surroundings of 230 acres of fields, woodland and lakes, perfect for long rambling walks, there are four lovely cottages (see our website for individual details, Good Life Leisure) that have been converted from the old Scudamore racing stables with panoramic views of the Black Mountains. Convenient for Hay-on-Wye, famous for its literary festival, Ludlow with fine food, Brecon and the Forest of Dean for walks and cycling, and Cheltenham with its famous race course and shops. Visit castles, historic houses and ancient churches. Shop in the market town and take a little of Hereford back home. Shops 1/2 miles, pubs half mile. More
