The complex consists of two twin villas, Elia and Petra, which are located just two minutes walking from Monodendri beach. Next to these you can find one of the two bedrooms with two single beds (that can be joined in one under request) , a wardrobe, a boudoir, a/c and a window insert protection. The room overlooks the pool and the sea. Going upstairs you can find the second bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, boudoir, a/c, mosquito net, its own bathroom and most importantly a 25 sq ft private terrace where the visitor can enjoy his/her breakfast or even a refreshing cocktail at sunset. In each room there are fresh bed linen, clean face and body towels as well as curtains able to shade the room. In addition, each house has its own private garden with a dining table and a private pool. The minimum period that our guests can be accommodated is 5 days. We have stayed in both villas over the last four years or so, and can not recommend them or the Muscalas team highly enough. Fabulous!

Been to Paxos many times before. How nice to find a villa with everything so well thought out. Air con throughout, lovely showers, fly screens, great BBQ, WiFi, great shared areas, views to die for, and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Easy...More

About the neighbourhood
Monodentri beach, south of Longos is the only organised beach on the island with free sun beds and water sport. It also operates a beach bar and restaurant. It is one of the largest beaches with pebbles. With easy road access and parking. Monodendri Beach Paxi: Monodendri is a lovely cove located 9 km north of Gaios, the capital of Paxi close to the village of Loggos. Surrounded by lush greenery, this beach has small pebbles and crystal clear waters. There are few umbrellas on the beach and a small tavern at the shore, where you can enjoy a delicious meal or just a cool refreshment. Monodendri is easy to access through the main road. Visitors can find many lovely coves around the area to enjoy total privacy.
Getting around
Lakka is the closest village from our property. Located at the upper part of the island deep in a beautiful bay and got its name from its first inhabitants from the area of Souli, who persecuted by Ali Pasha fled to Paxos and Antipaxos. Here you can find the stone lighthouse built at 1832, 36 meters tall and rises 108 meters from the sea. The picturesque small port is extremely popular for those travelling by boat, while at the safe waters of the bay many boats of every kind and size. Concerning your entertainment, you can find many bars and restaurants, both traditional and modern, with excellent service and variety of products to meet your expectations.
