Upon entering the house, you will first notice the genuine wooden flooring which spreads throughout, set off by clean white walls. To the left is the kitchen which has cream cupboard fittings and all the latest appliances including a dishwasher, electric double oven with grill and gas hob, microwave and large double-door fridge freezer. There is a large wooden dining table with seating for up to 8. As you go further in, you will find a lovely and light area set up with some seating - great to use as a separate dining room as the table can be moved here. Patio doors lead to a terrace and back garden where there is some seating. Back inside is a charming living area, bathed in light from the bay windows to the front of the property. There is a feature fireplace and plush seating arranged around a coffee table. A soft cream rug is thrown over the wooden floors making for an inviting and cosy atmosphere. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player to one side as well as some fascinating artwork on the walls, which you will notice around the rest of the property, too. A staircase will take you down to the lower floor where three wonderful bedrooms await. Two on the left are large doubles. The first is finished in grey with one feature wall in deep purple. The large bed faces a flat-screen wall mounted TV. There is neat integrated wardrobe space and plenty of natural light coming in from the side window. The second bedroom is finished in a light lilac paint and has a double bed with integrated storage space and a chest of drawers to one side. Leading on from this is a little study room finished in bold magenta.You will then find the glorious master bedroom to the back of the apartment – a real gem! It is finished in simple grey paint with white trimming – allowing the wooden floors to be statement enough. A large King size bed dominates whilst two further spaces make this room even larger. The first space is an en-suite bathroom with no separating screen, making it a part of the room. It has clean white fittings which stand out wonderfully against the dark paint. There is a free standing tub, WC, modern sink and heated towel rail as well as large wardrobe fittings to one side. This fascinating design brings a contemporary and daring edge to this family home. A further space on the far side is made up into a study area complete with wooden desk, chair and a wall of shelving space. There are patio doors that open up onto the lovely garden. A convenient shower room on the lower floor is fabulously finished in bottle green with a large walk-in shower and WC. There is a feature wall of shimmering green shell tiling which adds interest and depth. There is also a handy utility room with some essentials including a washer and tumble dryer. A security deposit of GBP 495 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date.
