The small front garden greets you upon arrival and once inside the house the cosy sitting room awaits our guests with its comfortable sofa, fireplace and wall mounted 42' flat screen TV with cable channels and extendable dining table in the bay window. Smart shutters give this front room a light and airy feel. Continue along the hallway to the open plan kitchen and living room with an L-shaped sofa, music sound system and wall mounted 40' flat screen TV with cable channels. The high specification kitchen with all fully integrated appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer) is beautifully arranged with a central island providing additional seating. The very modern kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave and espresso machine together with all the standard kitchen utensils, cookware, china, cutlery and glassware, etc. Underfloor heating in the kitchen area offers extra warmth on chilly evenings. There is an additional dining area with table to seat up to six people. Bi-fold doors open to the pretty rear garden and patio area with garden table and chairs, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after a tiring day of sightseeing ! On the first floor is the tastefully furnished master bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers, two bedside tables with touch table lamps, an ottoman in the bay window and a wall mounted 32' flat screen TV. Also on the first floor is the fully tiled, brand new family bathroom with walk-in shower and full length bath, WC and sink with vanity unit, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. On the top floor is the spacious loft-style airy twin bedded room with masses of wardrobe space, French doors and a Juliet balcony. Wall mounted small TV, dressing table with mirror, a bedside table, two bedside lamps and a hairdryer. En-suite partly tiled contemporary shower room with walk-in power shower, wc and basin. This beautiful house really does have everything you would expect to find in a five star property. The location is interesting because it has a village feel to it yet you are minutes from all the excellent restaurants and activities on Northfield Avenue (many we can highly recommend) and the tube station for easy and fast access to all areas of London. For runners/walkers Lammas Park is between the property and the tube station. Great park and is host to the annual Ealing Half Marathon ! More

About the neighbourhood
The house is perfectly located for easy access to all of Londons attractions as Northfields tube station is under five minutes walk away, making it just seven stops to Heathrow Airport in one direction and seven stops to South Kensington in the other. Ealing Broadway with its many shops and restaurants is just a short walk through the park or a five minute bus ride away. There is an excellent range of shopping in the local area for fresh produce, several supermarkets and a great bakery. A variety of restaurants, wine bars, cafes and pubs can be found within easy walking distance. Ealing plays host to a popular summer jazz festival in nearby Lammas Park and enjoys many different European food festivals held on Ealing Green.
How to get there
London Heathrow Airport is just 8 miles from the property and a journey time of just 20 minutes direct on the Piccadilly line underground to Northfields station. Gatwick is approximately 1 hour away on the Gatwick Express train to London Victoria and then underground to Northfields station. Stanstead and Luton airports are approximately 1 1/2 hours journey away to Liverpool Street Station and Kings Cross Station respectively and then underground to Northfields station. Taxis and bus services are available from all airports into Central London. By car the house is only 10 minutes away from Junction 2 of the M4 motorway.
