Spacious south west facing villa with incredible panoramic views over the valley below, perfectly positioned to watch the sunset in the evening. The villa is situated in a peaceful residential area but is within minutes of a wide variety of local shops and supermarkets, the large Lac de St. Cassien with its many water sports plus the lovely medieval hilltop villages nearby. Cannes is 30 mins away and the nearest airport is Nice which is only 40 mins, which is serviced by multiple low cost airlines. The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as downstairs and a large covered garage for two or three cars or a game of darts or table tennis. The Perfect Summer Holiday House

A perfect place for families or groups of friends. An amazing pool and pool house which is perfect for outdoor fun. Close to everything, but you won't want to leave.

Wonderful, relaxing & comfortable!!
