This is the perfect villa for a family or groups of friends! The beautiful tropical gardens with shrubs and decorative ponds lead to a superb outdoor relaxing area with comfortable sofa seating, a large outside summer kitchen/Bar area with built in large gas bbq, oven, drinks bar, fridge and TV. There is an outside dining table and chairs, Ideal for a daytime shaded area alongside the pool and sociable evening bbq’s and drinks, ideally designed for the beautiful Phuket climate and perfect for those on holiday wanting to make the most of spending time outside. There is also a large terrace area with dining table and chairs, also sun loungers for using around the pool. Inside the main house is very well equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking, with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and, lots of crockery, serving dishes and additional appliances to make you feel at home. Large indoor dining table with 6 chairs off of the kitchen which leads through to the spacious lounge area with large TV with international channels and DVD. Downstairs there is also a seperate Utility/ laundry room & separate toilet with basin. On the ground floor the twin bedroom with a pull out mattress for a child and a baby cot this is overlooking the pool with en-suite bathroom, toilet, shower, basin & mirror. Opposite there is a king size bed Room, en-suite bathroom, toilet, shower, basin and outside terrace area. There is a Staircase to the upper floor. On the first floor there is a large well designed bedroom with king size bed with good sized balcony accessed from patio doors. Two sets of mirrored wardrobes in a “walk in” dressing area with ample storage. This bedroom has a full bathroom with large Shower and bath, twin sinks, toilet and storage. Within 5-10 minutes by transport you will find Rawai beachfront with its many bars and restaurants and famous fish market, the stunning Nai Harn and Ya Nui Beaches, a large selection of restaurants, supermarkets, market stalls, bars, banks and late night life.More

Lovely pool villa with barbecue and living area

The property managers are very attentive and kind and even provided a tour of the area before they settled you into the villa. You will definitely need a car as the main road is a ten minute walk and then another 20 minutes walk to...More

Villa is located close to main road, close to many food market places, nearby on the corner with main road good dinning places. Location on silent street where are only other Villas occupied by tourists, safe place. Villa has outside barbeque and breakfast relaxing-seating areas...More

Beautiful villa
