About the neighbourhood
Rostrevor Co Down, Experience the wonderful natural and built heritage as you explore this beautiful area, Ring the 1000 yr old St Bronaghs bell and make a wish, See the giants grave, the Celtic Cross and The historic Ross Monument at Sea point looking out to the Lough and the first of the Mournes. Stroll along the Rostrevor river on the Fairy Glen trail and in the beautiful Kilbroney meadow where the Queen once stayed on Holiday. Forest bathe in the ancient oak wood, amidst the freshness and sights and sounds of nature on the trail to see Cloughmore, left by a receding glacier 11000 years ago, and from there see the wonderful panoramic scenery over Carlingford Lough and beyond, all that inspired CS Lewis to write the chronicles of Narnia
