Situated in a quiet location with private parking and within a 3min walk to Louisburgh town with all amenities. Prices include bed linen duvets / towels electric, and heating. Bicycles ( 2 adults and 3 children ) two travel cots, two stair gates, two high chairs, and a child bed safety rail, are also provided free of charge, a small library some videos and games are also provided. Sea Breeze is ideal for families, the house has an enclosed back garden with a large play area to the front of the property, their is also a local play ground less than a 10 min walk away. Great house with plenty of room and amenities Just round the corner to the town of Louisburgh with shops and pubs. 3 families stayed and will stay again

Great location as only a few minutes walk to Louisburgh High Street which is small but has everything you would need such as pubs, a pub restaurant, shop and chemist that sells everything and a great butchers. Eugene, the owner was very helpful and accommodating...More

Stayed in this house for the turn of the year 2017/18. The house was brilliantly located beside Louisburgh and it was extremely easy to organise a mini bus into Westport for new years eve. We also climbed Croagh Patrick, went pier jumping at Carrowmore Pier...More

Open plan kitchen with all essentials dishwasher, fridge- freezer, microwave etc, a bright living area with full height timber ceiling and floor, tastefully furnished with leather suite and an open fire, 40 ins flat screen t.v. with sky to air satellite dish, dvd player, cd / radio are also supplied.Two bedrooms. One twin room, and one double room with en-suite and electric shower. Utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron etc.Large W.C. with tiled floor.

ACCOMMODATION: SECOND FLOOR.Three bedrooms. One twin room, and two double rooms one with king size bed and flat screen t.v. Bathroom with power shower. Hot press.Balcony overlooking living area.

Rental periods in high season July / August usually weekly and Saturday to Saturday. Rental periods Bank Holiday weekends usually Friday to Monday. We also cater for smaller groups of guests ( less than ten ) who may not require bed linen and towels, please contact us for rates. A booking deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to secure the property, with the balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of 150 euro is also required. Louisburgh, is a popular tourist destination with many restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. It is located on the Bunowen River renowned for its salmon and trout fishing, it is ideally situated for trips to Westport, Lennaun, Galway, Cliften and Achill.
There are many fine sandy beaches in the area ie Carramore, Old Head Beltra and Silver Strand with the nearest less than 3 km from the house.
Louisburgh and its neighbor Killeen are are located on the Atlantic coast of Mayo, they are set in a dramatic area of outstanding natural beauty between extensive sandy beaches and a backdrop of mountains. Killeen is a more rural area stretching along the coast from Clew Bay to Killary.
