The house comprises all rooms in a single floor. You can relax in the cosy living room while watching the satellite TV channels or a DVD film. The dining area is open to the kitchen, where you can taste the delicious recipes cooked on the ceramic hob or in the electric oven. The laundry room is independent and it is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You have three bedrooms where you can rest, two with a double bed and the last with two single beds and an en-suite toilet room. One double bedroom also has a wardrobe and access to the beautiful terrace. We can also prepare a cot and a high chair for your baby. There is a bathroom with independent tub and shower for the whole accommodation. Finally, three fans are available for the hottest days. The coastal urbanisation of Porto Cristo Novo, just 3 km away from Porto Cristo, is a beautiful residential area offering a variety of dreamlike beaches and coves around like Cala Anguila, Cala Magrana, Cala Romántica or the Port de Manacor. You will find a variety of restaurants, bars and shops in any of these areas, but specially in Port de Manacor. If you feel like going out and enjoy the night life, there are plenty of clubs and discos in the area of Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada. Finally, you cannot miss a vist to the lovely Caves of Drach. Pets up to 5 kg are welcome on the property. Events are not permitted on the property. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. Welcome to this beautiful villa, located a few meters from the sea in Cala Magrana. It can accommodate 4 people + 2 extras. The beautiful and wel kept exterior area features one terrace, a chlorine pool of 7 x 2.75 m and a depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.6 m, an outside shower, two well equipped porch, a barbecue, lemon groves and beautiful views. The house of 110 m2 is distributed over one floor. It has 2 bedrooms, both with one double bed. There are 2 bathrooms; one with bathtub and one toilet. The extra two places can be accommodated on a sofa bed. One cot and a highchair are available on request.The living room is very welcoming and offers a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and the TV-Sat. The inependent kitchen with vitro stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. Cala Magrana is located in the urbanization of Porto Cristo Novo, just 3 km from Porto Cristo, a nice residential area on the east of Mallorca, with a variety of beaches all around. Here you can visit a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops, etc; There is also a safari and playgrounds for the smallest one. If you prefer a lively nightlife, the area of Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada offers many bars, pubs and clubs. You can not miss the visit to 'Caves of Drach', a set of 4 caves connected to each other, formed by the action of the water entering from the Mediterranean Sea. They housed a large underground lake, called Lake Martel ('Llac Martel'), about 115 m long and 30 m wide. In this lake, there are daily concerts of classical music. You are invited to cross the lake by boat at the end of the concert. You can also make different boat trips along the cost from several bays of the area. NOTE: Pets up to 5 kg are welcome on the property. Events are not permitted on the property. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
