This luxurious property is located on the south coast of the island. It is set in tropical landscape gardens in a private road. The house is spacious and very tastefully decorated. The comfort of guests is a priority. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs the living, dining and kitchen areas benefit from ceiling fans as does the patio. Ideal if you want to have evening drinks watching the sun go down. In the living area there are two large sofas one of which is a sofa bed. The dining area has a large dining table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range cooker and a breakfast bar which also seats 6 people. A 2 minute walk to Cottonbay beach, and 7 minutes to Enterprise.

About the neighbourhood
Cottonbay on the Enterprise Coast in located in the the Parish of Christ Church. Cottonbay is picticularly good for Surfing and Windsurfing. If you just want to relax and take in the atmosphere then a 7 minute walk to Miami beach is a must.
The main town in Christ Church is Oistins which is a major fishing centre. You can choose your fish as the catch comes in and take it away to be cooked. Alternatively you can by a fish meal from many of the stalls that cook the fish in front of you.
A great tradition has developed where tourist join the locals at the Friday night Fry. This consist of loads of stalls selling either fried or griled fish and chicken meals.
