The layout of the house lends itself to two couples holidaying together or a family with older independent children as it is on three floors - sleeps 4 - 6. We loved the house it had everything we needed. The village is ideally situated close to beach resorts , mountains and some beautiful towns and villages . The locals were friendly and we loved the bar and restaurant . We would defiantly go back.

This is a tidy house with a basic standard. Nice with the little backyard for breakfasts etc. Since we stayed in the house during a very hot July week we would have appreciated air condition. We also missed having wi-fi - we are way too...More

Abeilhan is a typical Herault village surrounded by vineyards and is situated halfway between the historic city of Beziers (magnificent cathedral overlooking the Canal de Midi) and the medieval town of Pezenas, full of quaint restaurants and craft shops. Pezenas also has the biggest markets in the area every Saturday morning. Marseillan (home of Noilly Prat), Meze on the lagoon, with its many oyster restaurants and Sete, the Venice of the south of France are all within easy reach.
